Face Yoga workshop at Silk Huis

My curiosity about face yoga existed for a long time...but taking a step to follow an online course was to big. I found Broosha/Ilaria on Instagram. Her insta page was fun, interesting and practical.
Soon I discovered she is also based in Amsterdam and we met for 5 private face yoga sessions and it turned out to be a gift for myself, joyful time with Ilaria and a whole new world of interesting exercises to practice for a more youthful appearance!
Hereby my compliments to Ilaria and I warmly recommend all women to start practicing face yoga as a gift for themselves

I am a cosmetic formulator and organic skincare junkie. My comments will be totally honest. The Mystik Waters pleasantly surprised me with how potent they are...a very medicinal smell full of organic phyto chemicals. Sometimes waters can be little more than that..simply waters. A very different smell to my usual rosa damascena water, but my goodness what a toning action...which at 58 I am more than grateful for! I also suffer with a few chins spots now and again...so interested to see if a week's use of Broosha skincare will help with this. The Endemik Facial Serum is quite something. A little goes a long way..feels beautiful, nourishing, yet non-greasy. The notes (from the natural fragrance of the ingredients) are very complex and, as with the toner, are unlike any other skincare that I have tried. They are reminiscent of the sea, of seaweed and citrus...very clean, fresh and uplifting. A very brave move by Ilaria to choose such honest smelling ingredients over the usual "fluffy florals". I really do see Broosha products as skincare "treatment"...not simply a dab of nice moisturiser, which to be honest a lot of skincare is...even the really expensive stuff! I have to say that I feel rather addicted to this already...not just for the ethics, the story, the scent, but also because I really believe in the powerful group of ingredients that Ilaria has chosen, and in their provenance from Sardinia. Broosha brings totally natural skin treatment to a whole new level. My brand of choice now.

Ho scoperto la pratica di face yoga tramite Ilaria e da quando ho iniziato non ho più smesso.
Non solo aiuta a rilassarmi ma mi permette di stimolare muscoli che non avevo mai preso in considerazione prima, senza parlare poi del magnifico beneficio anti age, che dona un aspetto più giovanile e rilassato.
Grazie mille Ilaria per essere una fantastica ambasciatrice di questa pratica che consiglio a tutti.

Ho iniziato face yoga con Ilaria online a Marzo e non manco mai una lezione!
Adoro! Lei è bravissima, spiega bene sia gli esercizi che la loro utilità. Per me è un momento tutto mio, dove ho modo di staccare dal mondo. Mi piacciono moltissimo gli esercizi di postura che mi servono davvero e gli esercizi che "stirano" la faccia. Quando finisco mi sento sempre molto in pace e riesco a dormire tutta la notte. Ilaria è anche riuscita a farmi introdurre degli esercizi ogni mattina che ormai fanno parte della mia routine. Non posso più farne a meno!

Un'oretta di relax totale, un'esperienza veramente rilassante. Consigliatissimo !!

I am using the bundle Mystik Waters and Endemik oil for a week and I am loving it!

The mystik waters feel quite fresh on the skin and together with the endemik oil my skin feels smooth and properly hydrated!

Typical moisturizers gives you the feel for a few minutes, if you are lucky a few hours, but the Endemik oil is so rich that even after a day or two of no application my skin still feels like silk.

Nevertheless I would say for better results it’s best to use it every day and once a day for me it’s sufficient.

Finally I would say the smell of these products are more on the herbal side than flower side.
I personally prefer to use them before sleep, and not sure if it’s because it has lavender in it but the herbal aroma even though it can feel intense at first, gives a nice relaxing touch that helps me to sleep like a baby.

Loving my new evening routine!

Sono molto soddisfatta di questo kit, nato per una una skincare dalla A alla Z. La mia pelle (secca e delicata), ringrazia, in quanto viene nutrita e trattata con delicatezza, con prodotti non aggressivi. Sia il siero che la mist assorbono facilmente, senza ungere, e fanno sentire la pelle più liscia e setosa.La maschera poi è un'ulteriore coccola, per completare la routine. La profumazione dei prodotti mi riporta alla Sardegna, facendomi viaggiare con la mente. Gli INCI sono davvero top, inutile neanche dirlo. Insomma, ho trovato gli alleati per la cura della mia pelle!

Questa maschera sembra creata per me, che ho la pelle secca, bisognosa di un trattamento delicato e non aggressivo. Semplicissima e rapidissima da preparare, è un alleato in grado di lenire e lasciare la mia pelle più luminosa. La considero una coccola a cui non rinunciare, e la consiglio vivamente!

È un piacere nebulizzare questa mist ogni mattina, chiudere gli occhi e volare in Sardegna. Oltre alla piacevolezza della profumazione, il prodotto è davvero top per chi ha la pelle secca come me, e non solo. Amo la sua delicatezza, il fatto che non unga e lasci la pelle più setosa, prima dell'uso del siero. La consiglio a tutti, è anche un modo per volersi bene e coccolarsi.

Ho la pelle secca e delicata, e cercavo un prodotto efficace, non aggressivo, in grado di idratarla. Mi considero pienamente soddisfatta di questo siero, che è diventato ormai il protagonista della mia beauty routine. Punti di forza: assorbe immediatamente, non unge, nutre la pelle lasciandola idratata e nutrita per tutto il giorno, e soprattutto ha una profumazione molto gradevole, che mi fa viaggiare virtualmente fino in Sardegna. 10 e lode!

I am in love with this face masque! The packaging has been well thought out for easy use and the product smells divine. It is easy to apply and so satisfactory when it is time to remove. My skin looks and feels energised. It is glowing - so smooth and refreshed!
